Nashville’s burgeoning culinary landscape is about to get even more globally inspired. The acclaimed José Andrés Group is bringing its celebrated Eastern Mediterranean restaurant Zaytinya to Music City as part of a major new food and beverage experience at W Nashville in The Gulch.

The Mediterranean concept — already beloved in cities such as Washington, D.C., New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Miami — is slated to open its Nashville location in early 2026 at 300 12th Ave S.

Zaytinya highlights the rich culinary traditions of Turkey, Greece, and Lebanon, with an emphasis on vibrant mezze, creative small plates, and shareable dishes designed to bring people together around the table.

Part of a larger rollout of José Andrés Group concepts at W Nashville, Zaytinya will join Bar Mar — focusing on seafood and globally inspired meat dishes — and Butterfly, a rooftop cocktail lounge with sweeping views of the city. The additions reflect the hospitality group’s belief in Nashville as an emerging food destination backed by a passionate local dining community.

“Nashville has this incredible spirit…of course, people know it as a music city, but more and more I think we can call it an amazing food city, too,” said a spokesperson from the group in the announcement.

Guests can expect a Mediterranean menu rooted in vibrant flavors and authentic techniques, with dishes ranging from classic spreads and mezze to grilled meats and creative cocktails. With a sleek, modern setting and a menu built for sharing, Zaytinya aims to become a lively gathering spot for both locals and visitors exploring Nashville’s global dining offerings.
