Another local brewery has inked a deal—to be acquired by another brewery.
Here’s all of the sudsy details, shared by the folks at Xul Beer Co.:
“It’s finally here! We know we have largely been radio silent on a lot of the Nashville stuff, but we can promise you we’ve been working hard to get this deal done.
“Earlier today we were finally able to close on the Southern Grist acquisition!
“What does this mean? Well, there’s still a TON of work to do in making this feel like Xul but we promise you, it’ll be done properly and will be worth the wait! The current gameplan is to operate everything status quo for the next few months so bear with us as we work through everything.
“In the meantime, enjoy a lot more Xul beer on tap and to-go at BOTH SGB locations in Nashville. Available immediately!
“Yes, PB&J is ON-TAP at BOTH Nashville locations!”
