Nashville’s downtown dining scene just got a big boost for ramen lovers.
JINYA Ramen Bar — the popular Japanese noodle concept with locations across the U.S. — officially opened its first Tennessee location on February 10 at 415 11th Avenue North in Capitol View, marking a milestone for the brand and Music City’s ever-expanding restaurant landscape.
Fans of rich, slow-simmered broths, hand-crafted noodles, and classic ramen toppings now have a new spot to satisfy their cravings just steps from Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium.
The new JINYA location brings signature menu items like pork chashu bowls, shrimp wonton ramen, seasoned eggs, and an array of small plates meant to complement craft beer and sake.
To celebrate the opening, JINYA hosted a launch event for the first guests, showcasing its modern take on a beloved comfort food with a Nashville twist. According to founder Tomo Takahashi, Nashville was chosen for its vibrant culinary community and growing appetite for diverse global flavors.
“We’re excited to plant roots here and become part of this incredible food destination,” Takahashi said. “Imagine a world where eating ramen is an everyday ritual, like ordering pizza or going out for a great burger.”
Whether you’re a seasoned ramen fan or just exploring new global eats in town, JINYA’s grand opening adds another delicious chapter to Nashville’s international food offerings.
